探三焦与结缔组织之相近性*

摘要:

基于近年来西医学对结缔组织连续性、传导性的发现,探讨三焦与结缔组织在概念、起源、分布、功能上的相近性。本文认为三焦为贯穿人体全身上下、受元阳温煦的连通架构,起源于肾中元阳,分布于半表半里,运行气血津液,并在陈潮祖“膜腠三焦说”的基础上,提出“三焦膜腠筋骨说”,即膜原为三焦连通之基、腠理为三焦渗灌之隙、筋骨为三焦铸固之梁,逐一论证了“膜腠筋骨”均主要由结缔组织构成。通过阐明三焦与结缔组织的相近性,以期发掘运用三焦理论治疗现代医学疾病的深层机制。

Abstract:

Based on the recent discoveries in western medicine regarding the continuity and conductivity of connective tissue, this paper explores the similarities between Sanjiao and connective tissue in terms of concept, origin, distribution, and function. This paper holds that Sanjiao is a connecting structure running through the entire human body, warmed by primordial Yang. It originates from the primordial Yang in the kidney, distributes in the half-superficial and half-interior region, and circulates Qi, blood, and body fluids. On the basis of CHEN Chaozu's "theory of Sanjiao in membranes and striae ", this paper puts forward the "theory of Sanjiao in membranes, striae, tendons and bones", which holds that the membranes are the basis of Sanjiao's connectivity, the striae are the gaps for Sanjiao's infiltration and irrigation, and the tendons and bones are the beams for Sanjiao's consolidation. It demonstrates one by one that "membranes, striae, tendons and bones" are mainly composed of connective tissue. By clarifying the similarity between Sanjiao and connective tissue, this paper aims to explore the underlying mechanism of applying Sanjiao theory in the treatment of diseases in modern medicine.
