融创教育理念引领下中医药新质人才培养的创新实践与探索*

摘要：

立足新质生产力发展的时代要求，系统探讨中医药教育通过融创教育理念培养适应中医药传承创新需求新质人才的策略。研究剖析了中医药新质人才需具备的理论根基、跨学科创新能力与国际化视野等核心素养，针对当前教育模式守旧、师资薄弱、评价体系单一等现实困境，提出以融创教育理念为引领的改革路径。湖南中医药大学通过构建立体化分层分类人才培养体系、推进学科共建融合、优化课程结构体系、完善创新创业教育体系、打造高素质师资队伍、构建智慧化育人环境及评价体系改革等实践举措，探索出了一条符合中医药特色的新质人才培养范式。研究结果表明，融创教育理念在促进学科交叉、激发创新活力、提升实践能力等方面具有显著成效，为中医药教育应对新科技革命挑战提供了理论支撑与实践范例。

Abstract：

Based on the requirements of the era for the development of new-quality productive forces, this paper systematically explores the strategies for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) education to cultivate new-quality talents that meet the needs of TCM inheritance and innovation under the guidance of the integration and innovation education concept. The study analyzes the core competencies that new-quality TCM talents should possess, including a solid theoretical foundation, interdisciplinary innovation capability and international perspective. In view of the current practical dilemmas such as outdated educational models, weak teaching staff and a single evaluation system, it proposes a reform path guided by the integration and innovation education concept. Hunan University of Chinese Medicine has explored a new-quality talent cultivation paradigm consistent with TCM characteristics through practical measures such as constructing a three-dimensional, hierarchical and classified talent training system, promoting interdisciplinary co-construction and integration, optimizing the curriculum structure system, improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, building a high-quality teaching team, creating an intelligent education environment and reforming the evaluation system. The research results show that the integration and innovation education concept has remarkable effects in promoting interdisciplinary integration, stimulating innovation vitality and enhancing practical ability, which provides theoretical support and practical examples for TCM education to meet the challenges of the new technological revolution.
