耳穴压豆联合赋能教育对恶性肿瘤患者照护者焦虑抑郁、照护负担及自我效能的影响*

摘要：目的：观察耳穴压豆联合赋能教育对恶性肿瘤患者照护者焦虑抑郁、照护负担及自我效能的影响。方法：纳入113例恶性肿瘤患者照护者，分为对照组（n=52）、观察组（n=61）。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上接受耳穴压豆联合赋能教育。干预3个月后，比较两组照护者干预前后焦虑抑郁水平、照顾负担评分、自我效能的变化。结果：干预3个月后，观察组照护者照顾负担评分、焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组自我效能水平明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：耳穴压豆联合赋能教育可有效降低恶性肿瘤患者照护者的焦虑抑郁水平，改善照护者照护负担及自我效能。

Abstract：

Objective: To evaluate the effects of auricular acupoint pressing combined with empowerment education on anxiety, depression, caregiver burden, and self-efficacy in caregivers of malignant tumor patients. Methods: A total of 113 caregivers of malignant tumor patients were enrolled and divided into a control group (n=52) and an observation group (n=61). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group additionally underwent auricular acupoint pressing combined with empowerment education. After 3 months of intervention, anxiety and depression levels, caregiver burden scores, and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: At 3 months post-intervention, the observation group exhibited significantly lower caregiver burden scores, anxiety, and depression scores compared to the control group (P<0.01). Self-efficacy in the observation group was markedly superior to that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Auricular acupoint pressing combined with empowerment education effectively reduces anxiety and depression levels, alleviates caregiver burden, and enhances self-efficacy in caregivers of malignant tumor patients.
