基于CiteSpace的中医护理硕士研究生培养热点与发展趋势分析*

摘要：

目的：基于CiteSpace对中医护理硕士研究生培养相关文献进行可视化分析，揭示我国该领域的研究现状、热点及演进趋势，以期为优化培养模式、推动中医护理教育体系建设提供参考。方法：检索2020年1月至2025年9月中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang Data）、维普中文期刊服务平台（CSTJ）中关于中医护理硕士研究生培养的相关文献。采用CiteSpace软件对作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入386篇中文文献；发文量整体呈逐渐上升趋势；发文量最多的期刊是《护理研究》（197篇）；发文量最多的作者是陈偶英（6篇）；发文量最多的机构是成都中医药大学（23篇）；高频关键词主要有中医护理、护理教育、课程设置、培养模式、人才培养、核心能力、中医院校等；关键词聚类有12类，中医院校、培养模式、教学改革、人才培养、课程设置、科研素养成为近年来的新研究热点。结论：我国中医护理硕士研究生培养研究已进入以精细化、标准化为核心的新阶段，未来应着力于中西医融合的护理模式创新、动态多元评价体系构建及全过程质控机制完善，以培养高层次复合型人才。

Abstract：

Objective: To conduct a visual analysis of literature related to the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialists in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) using CiteSpace, aiming to reveal the research status, hotspots, and evolution trends in this field in China, and to provide references for optimizing training models and promoting the construction of TCM nursing education systems. Methods: Relevant literature on the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialists in TCM was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang Data), and China Science and Technology Journal Database (CSTJ) from January 2020 to September 2025. CiteSpace software was used to perform visual analysis of authors, publishing institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 386 Chinese articles were included. The overall publication volume showed a gradual upward trend. The journal with the most publications was Nursing Research (197 articles). The author with the most publications was CHEN Ouying (6 articles). Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (23 articles) was the institution with the most publications. High-frequency keywords mainly included TCM nursing, nursing education, curriculum design, training model, talent cultivation, core competence, and TCM colleges and universities. Keyword clustering formed 12 categories, with TCM colleges and universities, training model, teaching reform, talent cultivation, curriculum design, and scientific research literacy emerging as new research hotspots in recent years. Conclusion: Research on the cultivation of Master of Nursing Specialists in TCM in China has entered a new stage focused on refinement and standardization. Future efforts should concentrate on innovating nursing models integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine, constructing dynamic and diversified evaluation systems, and improving whole-process quality control mechanisms, to cultivate high-level composite talents.
