彝药水苋菜的相关研究进展*

摘要:
总结彝药水苋菜的化学成分、药理作用、质量标准及综合应用研究进展。水苋菜广泛应用于医药卫生、兽药、民族植物学等领域。彝药水苋菜具有清热解毒、利湿消肿、止痛、止血的功效,含有黄酮类、酚类、甾体类、三萜类等多种化学成分,具有止血、保肝、抗菌、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗乙肝、抗炎等药理作用。槲皮素含量测定为水苋菜的主要质量控制指标。

Abstract:
This article summarizes the research progress on the chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, quality standards, and comprehensive applications of Shuixiancai (Rotala rotundifolia) in Yi ethnomedicine, providing a theoretical basis for its development and utilization. It is widely used in medicine, veterinary medicine, and ethnobotany. Rotala rotundifolia has effects such as clearing heat and toxins, promoting diuresis and reducing swelling, relieving pain, and stopping bleeding. It contains flavonoids, phenols, steroids, triterpenoids, etc., and exhibits pharmacological activities including hemostasis, hepatoprotection, antibacterial, hypoglycemic, antitumor, antioxidant, anti-HBV, and anti-inflammatory effects. Quercetin content is a main quality control indicator.
