摘要：中医学界对桥本甲状腺炎尚未建立系统权威的辨证体系。本文通过查阅2004—2024年医学界统编教材、指南方案及学术文章，统计其中对桥本甲状腺炎的辨证分型及对应的辨证证候，并对证型频率与高频证候进行整理，总结当前学术界对桥本甲状腺炎辨证体系繁多、证候冗杂的现况，并对其原因加以分析，以期为临床诊疗与科学研究提供系统的辨证分型与辨证证候参考。

Abstract：

A systematic and authoritative syndrome differentiation system for Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) has not yet been established in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This article reviews TCM textbooks, guidelines, and academic articles from 2004 to 2024, summarizing the syndrome patterns and corresponding clinical manifestations of HT recorded therein. It organizes the frequency of syndrome patterns and high-frequency clinical manifestations, analyzes the current situation of diverse and complex syndrome differentiation systems for HT in academia, and explores the underlying reasons. The aim is to provide a systematic reference for syndrome classification and clinical manifestations in the diagnosis, treatment, and scientific research of HT.
