中医刺骨疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理论探析*

摘要：分析腰椎间盘突出症的病机与要点，认为脏腑亏虚与脊柱失衡是引发腰椎间盘突出症的核心病机。从骨论治腰椎间盘突出症，恢复脊柱结构，暗合于源自《黄帝内经》的“短刺”“输刺”法。刺骨疗法以针具为施治媒介，以骨膜为靶点，能补养脏腑亏虚，修复骨质、松解软组织并调节骨代谢，在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面具有独特优势。刺骨疗法可通过神经（控制子系统）调控，恢复内外源稳定系统（主动子与被动子系统）平衡。

Abstract：

This paper analyzes the pathogenesis and key points of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. It is believed that the deficiency of internal organs and the imbalance of the spine are the core pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from the perspective of bone theory and restoring the spinal structure coincides with the "short stabbing" and "transport stabbing" methods originated from Huangdi Neijing. The bone-needling therapy uses the needle as the medium for treatment and the periosteum as the target. It can nourish the deficiency of internal organs, repair the bone substance, release the soft tissues, and regulate bone metabolism, and has unique advantages in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The bone-needling therapy can restore the balance of the internal and external stability systems (active and passive subsystems) through the regulation of the nervous system (control subsystem).
