《泰山药物志》中药炮制思想探析*

摘要：《泰山药物志》详细记录了泰山及周边地区所产中草药的形态、习性、生长、质地鉴别、功用等内容。书中收录了包括净制、水制、火制和水火共制等多种炮制方法，并总结出糖制、单药熬膏等独特炮制技术。《泰山药物志》阐释了“生熟异用”理论，提出酒制、醋制、蜜制等不同炮制方法对药性的影响；重视毒性药物的炮制减毒，强调“制药贵适中”的炮制原则，同时注重火候把控和器具选择。这些宝贵的炮制经验不仅保存了泰安地区的炮制技艺，对后世中药炮制技术的发展也产生了较大的影响。

Abstract：Taishan Herbal Records provides detailed documentation on the morphology, habits, growth, texture identification, and medicinal functions of Chinese herbal medicines produced in and around Mount Tai. The book records various processing methods, including purification processing, water-based processing, fire-based processing, and combined water-fire processing, and summarizes unique preparation techniques such as sugar-coating and single-herb decoction extraction. It expounds the theory of the theory of "different uses for raw and processed drugs", and puts forward the influence of different processing methods such as wine processing, vinegar processing, and honey processing on medicinal properties. It attaches importance to the processing of toxic medicines for detoxification, emphasizes the processing principle of "moderation is essential in medicine processing", and pays attention to the control of heating temperature and the selection of utensils. These valuable processing experiences not only preserve the processing techniques of the Tai'an area but also have a significant impact on the development of traditional Chinese medicine processing technology in later generations.
