巳时葫芦灸联合情绪释放技术对肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌患者失眠及免疫功能的影响*

摘要：

目的：探讨巳时葫芦灸联合情绪释放技术对肝郁脾虚型乳腺癌化疗患者失眠及免疫功能的影响。方法：将60例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予巳时葫芦灸与情绪释放技术的综合治疗，两组治疗时间均为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、中医证候积分、系统免疫炎症指数以及生活质量。结果：治疗后，两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、中医证候积分和系统免疫炎症指数均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者生活质量评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：葫芦灸联合情绪释放技术的综合治疗模式有利于改善乳腺癌化疗患者的睡眠质量，增强免疫力，提高生活质量。

Abstract：

Objective: To investigate the effects of Si-hour gourd moxibustion combined with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) on insomnia and immune function in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy with liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern. Methods: Sixty breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy with liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive treatment with Si-hour gourd moxibustion and EFT in addition to routine care. The treatment duration for both groups was 2 weeks. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, TCM syndrome score, systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the PSQI scores, TCM syndrome scores, and SII in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group had lower values than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment model combining gourd moxibustion and EFT is beneficial for improving sleep quality, enhancing immunity, and improving the quality of life in breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy with liver depression and spleen deficiency pattern.
