摘要:
全球食管癌(EC)发病与死亡负担日益加重,现有手术、放化疗等主流治疗方案副作用明显,患者治疗依从性较差且临床疗效有限,亟需探索新的有效治疗策略。中医药具有多靶点、多途径作用的优势,其抗肿瘤作用机制已成为近年来肿瘤领域的研究热点。腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)作为细胞能量代谢的核心调控因子,在EC的发生、发展过程中发挥关键调控作用,已成为抗EC治疗的重要研究通路。研究表明,中医药可通过调控AMPK及其互作信号通路,发挥诱导EC细胞自噬与凋亡、抑制磷脂重构、增强化疗敏感性、阻滞细胞周期进展等作用,从而有效抑制肿瘤进展。

Abstract:
The global burden of esophageal cancer (EC) in terms of incidence and mortality is increasingly worsening. Current mainstream treatment modalities such as surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy have significant side effects, leading to poor patient compliance and limited clinical efficacy, necessitating the exploration of new effective treatment strategies. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the advantages of multi-target and multi-pathway effects, and its anti-tumor mechanisms have become a research hotspot in the field of oncology in recent years. Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK), as a core regulator of cellular energy metabolism, plays a key regulatory role in the occurrence and development of EC and has become an important research pathway for anti-EC therapy. Studies have shown that TCM can induce autophagy and apoptosis of EC cells, inhibit phospholipid remodeling, enhance chemosensitivity, and arrest cell cycle progression by regulating AMPK and its interacting signaling pathways, thereby effectively inhibiting tumor progression.
