寒凉药在续命汤方中的应用探讨*

摘要：中风病多是本虚标实，夹杂热证的疾病。续命汤方是治疗中风病的经典名方。东汉至元代的文献记载，寒凉药在续命汤中普遍存在。本文通过探析寒凉药在续命汤中的作用，发现寒凉药的应用作用：首先，以清脏腑之内热为要；其次，燥湿、化痰、养阴、生津、平肝、通经络与解毒；再次，与其他药物合用，调节脾胃寒热与气机升降、经络气血运行，调节续命汤的润燥、防止温热药发散太过等。

Abstract：

Usually, stroke is a disease of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, mixed with heat syndrome. Xuming decoction is a famous classic prescription for treating stroke. According to the literature from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Yuan Dynasty, cold and cool medicine is common in Xuming decoction. In this paper, through analyzing the role of cold and cool drugs in Xuming decoction, it is found that the application of cold and cool medicine is mainly to clear the internal heat of zangfu, followed by drying dampness, resolving phlegm, nourishing yin, generating fluid, calming the liver, dredging meridians and detoxification and then combined with other medicine to regulate the cold and heat of the spleen and stomach and the ascending and descending of qi movement, the operation of meridians, qi and blood, regulate the moistening and drying of Xuming decoction, and prevent the excessive divergence of warm and hot drugs.
