《医方大成》在东亚的环流*

摘要：孙允贤的《医方集成》历经熊彦明、熊宗立祖父子两次增补，不仅在国内流传广泛，更远播朝鲜半岛与日本。该书在两国均有翻刻，也被医家引用、注释与改编，对朝鲜半岛与日本的医学产生较大影响。至近代，伴随学者往来，该书再度传回中国，形成了书籍的环流。现存版本中的藏书印，展现了其递藏过程。此外，在流传过程中，朝鲜大型方书《医方类聚》在引用时出现3个书名，提示了本书的内容变迁过程。《医方大成》在东亚的环流，展示了汉字文化圈在医学方面的密切交流。

Abstract：

SUN Yunxian's Yifang Jicheng was supplemented twice by XIONG Yanming and XIONG Zongli. This book not only circulated widely within China but also spread far to the Korean Peninsula and Japan. The book was reprinted in both countries and it was cited, annotated, and adapted by medical practitioners, exerting a significant influence on medicine. In recent times, through scholarly exchanges, the work circulated back to China, completing a cycle of transmission. Through materials such as collector's seals, the transmission history of extant editions can be traced. Furthermore, during its circulation, three different titles appeared in Yifang Leiju, indicating the evolution of this work's content. The circulation of Yifang Dacheng across East Asia demonstrates the close exchange of medical knowledge within the Chinese character culture circle.
