天回医简《治六十病和齐汤法》妇科医方探析*

摘要：天回医简《治六十病和齐汤法》记载了8首治疗妇科病的医方，包括经带病、胎产病、妇科杂病三类疾病。这些妇科医方的方药内容丰富，具有“酒行药滞，炭固血脱”“药食同源，补养相兼”“药简效显，辨证活治”三方面用药特色。天回医简妇科医方反映了秦汉早期的中医方药成就，通过与北京大学藏秦简《病方》“女子无子方”、马王堆帛书《五十二病方》“女子癃方”、《武威汉代医简》“治妇人膏药方”等同期相似医方的比较研究，印证了《治六十病和齐汤法》妇科医方组方配伍的成熟性，可以为现代妇科病临床治疗相关疾病提供参考，也能够为妇科疾病的文献梳理提供原始资料。

Abstract：The medical text Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips Zhi Liushi Bing Heqi Tang Fa records eight prescriptions for treating gynecological diseases, covering three categories: menstrual diseases, pregnancy and childbirth diseases, and miscellaneous gynecological diseases. These gynecological prescriptions are rich in medicinal materials and have three medication characteristics: "alcohol assists medicinal circulation and carbon stabilizes blood collapse", "medicine and food have the same origin, combining tonification and nourishment", "simple prescription with obvious effect, flexible treatment based on syndrome differentiation". The gynecological prescriptions in Tianhui Medical Bamboo Slips reflect the achievements of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the early Qin and Han dynasties. Through comparative research with similar contemporary prescriptions such as "Prescription for Infertility" in Qin Bamboo Slips Bing fang collected by Peking University, "Prescription for Female Stranguria" in Wushi'er Bingfang excavated from Mawangdui Han Tomb, and "Gynecological Ointment Formula" in Wuwei Han Dynasty Medical Bamboo Slips, it confirms the maturity of prescription compatibility of gynecological prescriptions in Zhi Liushi Bing Heqi Tang Fa. This can provide reference for the clinical treatment of related gynecological diseases in modern times, and also supply original materials for the literature sorting of gynecological diseases.
