知识图谱视角下国内外半夏研究热点与趋势的可视化分析*

摘要:目的:对近20年国内外半夏研究进展予以可视化分析,剖析其研究历程,探寻未来研究的知识前沿热点及趋势。方法:采用文献计量学方法,于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)及Web of Science数据库中检索中、英文文献,利用NoteExpress对文献进行筛选,运用CiteSpaceVOSviewer软件,针对发文数量、国家、机构、作者、关键词以及期刊双图叠加进行知识图谱构建并分析。结果:共纳入中文文献2 764篇、英文文献218篇。可视化分析表明,与半夏相关的年发文量呈现阶段变化态势;中国是发文量最多的国家,并且与美国、巴基斯坦等国存在广泛密切的合作;中、英文文献发文量最多的研究机构分别为南京中医药大学、成都中医药大学;中、英文发文量最多的作者分别为吴皓、DUAN Yongbo;关键词分析显示,中、英文文献前3位高频关键词分别为半夏、数据挖掘、用药规律,pinellia ternataexpressiontraditional chinese medicine;中、英文文献前3位聚类分别为半夏、名医经验、数据挖掘,pinellia ternatadata miningquality evaluation;中、英文主要关键词突现分别为用药规律、数据挖掘,traditional Chinese medicinegrowth;期刊双图叠加预测半夏的热点汇聚于分子/生物学/免疫学领域。结论:当下半夏产业正处于备受瞩目的发展阶段,国内外的研究热点聚焦于半夏的数据挖掘、用药规律、有效成分及质量标准研究。未来的研究趋势在于经典名方深入挖掘,肠道菌群作用影响,植物生长机制探究。

Abstract:

Objective: To conduct a visualized analysis of the research progress of Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) at home and abroad in the past 20 years, clarify its research course, and explore the knowledge frontier hotspots and trends of future research. Methods: Bibliometric methods were adopted to retrieved Chinese and english literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang Data), and Web of Science databases. NoteExpress was used for literature screening. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were employed to construct and analyze knowledge graphs regarding the number of publications, countries, institutions, authors, keywords, and journal dual-map overlay. Results: A total of 2,764 Chinese literatures and 218 english literatures were included. Visual analysis showed that the annual number of publications related to Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) presented a phased change trend. China was the country with the largest number of publications and had extensive and close cooperation with the United States, Pakistan and other countries. The research institutions with the largest number of publications in Chinese and english literatures were Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, respectively. The authors with the largest number of publications in Chinese and english literatures were WU Hao and DUAN Yongbo, respectively. Keyword analysis indicated that the top 3 high-frequency keywords in Chinese and english literatures were Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), data mining, medication rules, and Pinellia ternata, expression, traditional Chinese medicine, respectively. The top 3 clusters in Chinese and english literatures were Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), famous doctor's experience, data mining, and Pinellia ternata, data mining, quality evaluation, respectively. The main keyword bursts in Chinese and english literatures were medication rules, data mining, and traditional Chinese medicine, growth, respectively. Journal dual-map overlay predicted that the research hotspots of Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) would converge in the fields of molecular biology/immunology. Conclusion: At present, the Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) industry is in a highly focused stage of development. Domestic and foreign research hotspots are centered on data mining, medication rules, active ingredients, and quality standards of Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma). Future research trends lie in the in-depth exploration of classic famous prescriptions, the investigation of the role and influence of intestinal flora, and the exploration of plant growth mechanisms.
